Our place is located in the Celestial Green building, which is on Old Madras Road. We are in unit 201. The area is quite busy with a lot of shops and traffic nearby. We’ve been here in Devarjeevanalli for some time now. The tutorial itself is just a few rooms that we’ve set up with desks and chairs. It’s not a fancy corporate space. It feels more like a lived-in office. We have books and folders piled up on the shelves. Sometimes it gets a bit messy when we are busy, but we try to keep it organized enough to find what we need. We don't have a dedicated receptionist or anything like that. We handle the phone calls and the cleaning ourselves. It’s a small operation, just a few of us working here. The students come from the surrounding neighborhoods. We spend most of our day explaining things and marking papers. The building is okay, but the lift is sometimes slow, so most of us just take the stairs. It can get a bit loud with the noise from Old Madras Road, but we’ve learned to talk over it. We don't do any flashy advertising. Most people know us because they’ve seen our sign or heard about us from a neighbor. It’s a straightforward, no-frills kind of place. We just show up every day and do our best with the students. It’s a routine we’ve had for years and we’re comfortable with it.
