Malemahadeshwara Caterers

Our location is at No.250 on 2nd A Cross. We’re over on Kaveri Road in the Girinagar Extension area. Girinagar is a pretty nice, quiet part of town compared to some other places. We’ve been running Malemahadeshwara Caterers from here for quite a bit. It’s a residential area, so we have to be mindful of the neighbors when we’re loading up the trucks at four in the morning. The kitchen is where we spend ninety percent of our time. It’s filled with the sound of knives hitting cutting boards and the hiss of the big stoves. We don't have a big corporate office or a shiny reception area for guests. Most of the time, the floor is a bit wet from cleaning and there’s a stack of plastic crates by the door. That’s just how a working kitchen looks when things are moving. We handle everything ourselves, from buying the groceries to doing the final dishes at the end of the night. It’s exhausting, especially when we have big orders for weddings or large parties. But we like the rhythm of it. Kaveri Road is a good spot for us. It’s easy enough to get to the main roads when we need to deliver the food. We are just a local bunch of folks who know how to cook for a crowd. No fancy talk, just lots of steam, spices, and keeping the kitchen running smoothly.
