Mak Caterers. We are over here at SR Plaza, number 25/2, which is right by Bowring Hospital in Shivaji Nagar. It’s a busy spot on Lady Curzon Road. We spend most of our mornings getting the cooking started early so everything is ready on time. Catering is a lot of hard work and there’s always something to do, whether it’s chopping vegetables or packing up containers. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several orders come in at once, but we just keep at it. People usually find us because they are in the neighborhood or heard about us from someone else. We don’t have a fancy office or anything like that, just our kitchen space where we get the job done. The staff has been around for a while and we all know how things work. It’s not a big corporate thing, just us trying to make sure the food is decent and reaches the customer without any fuss. On weekends it can be a bit more crowded around here with the hospital traffic and all the shops nearby. We’ve seen Shivaji Nagar change a lot over the years, but we’ve stayed right here. If you are walking down Lady Curzon Road, you will probably see our sign. We keep our pots busy and the kitchen running. That’s pretty much the daily routine for us. No big secrets or complicated plans, just regular catering work every day.
