We’re located right near the R S Palya Bus Stand. If you’re coming down Kammanahalli Main Road, you just look for the G Auto Point, and we’re right there nearby. It’s a very busy spot. There are always buses coming and going, and the sound of horns is just part of our daily life at Mahesh Caterers. Being near the bus stand means there's always something happening right outside the door. We start our day when it's still dark out, getting the big pots of rice started and the vegetables chopped for the day’s orders. Our kitchen is busy, and it can get pretty cramped when everyone is working at once. We’ve got the routine down, though. One person handles the frying, another does the packing, and another checks the list. We aren't a big company with a marketing team or anything. It’s just us. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to use flashlights to finish up the packing, but that’s just part of living in this area. Kammanahalli has changed a lot over the years, but our little spot near the auto point stays mostly the same. We know the bus drivers and the local shopkeepers. It’s a good community to be in. We just focus on the orders we have for the day and make sure everything is ready on time. It’s a lot of sweat and hard work, but we like being right in the middle of all the action.
