We are Magnusstaffingsolutions, tucked away on the first floor over in Muniyallapa Layout. It's 8 First Floor, to be exact. This part of Thabarkere in Bangalore is where we spend most of our time. It’s not a huge office, just a few rooms where we handle the paperwork. Bangalore is always growing, and we see that every day from our window. Thabarkere is a bit crowded, but it’s a good spot for us. We deal with people looking for work and companies needing help. It’s a lot of phone calls and sorting through papers. We don't have any flashy signs or anything like that. Most people find us because they need a job or someone to fill a spot. We try to keep things moving. The 560029 area is pretty familiar to us now. It’s got that local feel where everyone is just trying to get through the week. Sometimes the power goes out, or the internet acts up, but we just deal with it. We aren't a big corporate entity with thousands of employees. It’s just a small group of us here. We grab lunch at the local spots and get back to the files. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy. We don't have a big speech about what we do. We just help people find work when they need it, and that’s what we’ll keep doing tomorrow too. It is a simple operation.
