Machaero Company Pvt Ltd is located out in Rampura on the Doddaballapur Haripura Main Road. We are quite close to the bus stand, so you can’t really miss the turn. It’s a bit of a drive from the city center, but it’s quieter out here and there’s more room to work. We deal with a lot of technical stuff and parts, so the workshop is usually a bit noisy. You’ll find people in overalls and grease on their hands most days. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to wear a nice shirt. We’ve been here for several years and have seen the main road get busier with more lorries and buses. The bus stand nearby brings a lot of foot traffic, but most people are just passing through. Our team is local, mostly guys from the surrounding villages and the town. We have a small office area for the paperwork, but the real work happens out on the floor. It can get quite hot in the afternoons, but we just keep the fans going and get through the tasks. We don’t spend much time on fancy talk. We just focus on the machines and making sure the orders are ready on time. It’s a solid place to work if you don't mind a bit of dust and hard work. We usually eat our lunch together near the front gate and watch the buses go by. It's a simple routine that keeps us grounded.
