Maani Caterers

Maani Caterers is over at No.200 B in Indiranagar. We are on the 6th Cross, right near Rajendra Jewellers which most people use to find us. Bangalore is always busy and this neighborhood is no different. We spend most of our mornings in the kitchen getting everything ready before the sun gets too high. It is a small setup where we handle the cooking and the packing for all the orders that come in. Sometimes the delivery vans have a hard time with the narrow streets and the traffic, but we manage to get things moved out on time. We have a few staff members who have been with us since we started, and they know exactly how I want things done. We do not have a big storefront for people to sit and eat because we focus on the catering side of things. Most days involve a lot of chopping, cleaning, and making sure the spices are just right. It is noisy and hot in the kitchen, but that is how it is. We keep a notebook of all the orders on the main desk. It is a family-run thing and we don't bother with much else besides the food and the local deliveries. Rain often slows us down in the afternoons, so we try to get the heavy work finished by midday. We just keep our heads down and do the work every day.
