Our office is at House No 557 C Ruikar Road Mahal Nagpur440 032. Maan Sarovar Properties Development P Limited has been operating out of this house for quite some time. Mahal is an old part of Nagpur, and you can feel that history when you walk down Ruikar Road. The building itself has seen a lot of years. It’s not a glass-and-steel skyscraper like you see in the new parts of the city. We have our desks set up in the rooms, and there are always stacks of files around because that is the nature of property work. Sometimes the street gets congested with scooters and cars, but we are used to the noise. Maan Sarovar Properties Development P Limited is a small operation, really. We don't have a big board of directors or anything like that. It is just a few of us making sure everything is handled properly.
