Our office, M S Svco Consulting Pvt Ltd, is located on the ground floor of the Ramdas Building. It’s on Banasawadi Main Road, over near the Horamavu post in Bangalore. This part of the city is always busy, but our spot is easy enough to find once you get the hang of the local landmarks. We do consulting work, which basically means we spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people about their business problems. It’s not a flashy job, but it keeps us busy. The ground floor setup is nice because we don't have to deal with elevators, and people can just walk in. Bangalore has changed a lot since we started, with new shops and apartments popping up everywhere on this road. We’ve stayed put in the same spot, though. There are a few of us working here, and we mostly just focus on our projects. The office has a very lived-in feel to it. There’s always coffee on the go and some papers waiting to be filed. We don't bother with fancy corporate talk or big presentations unless we really have to. Most of the time, it’s just about solving whatever issue a client brings to us that day. It’s a decent place to work, and being in the 43 area means we are close to plenty of good lunch spots too.
