We've been here in Msr Nagar for quite a long time now. People usually find us easily because we're just off New Bel Road, right near the post office. The building is part of the larger campus, and there is always a lot of movement around here with students and patients. Every morning, the staff arrives and we get the rooms ready for the day. It’s a busy place. Most of what we do involves helping people get back on their feet after injuries or surgeries. We spend a lot of time in the therapy rooms. The hallways are often filled with the sound of equipment and people practicing their walking. It’s not a quiet office, that’s for sure. The location in Mathikere means we see a lot of locals who have lived in Bangalore for decades. We also get people coming from further away because of the reputation the Ramaiah name has around here. Our address is right there on the post road, so the mail arrives early and the traffic starts picking up by 8 AM. We don't have fancy decor or anything like that. It’s a practical space. The floors are clean, the equipment is sturdy, and we just focus on the work at hand. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the waiting area, especially on Monday mornings when everyone seems to show up at once. We just try to keep things moving and make sure everyone gets their turn with the specialists without too much delay. It’s just how things are here.
