Our office for M S Ideb Project Pvt Ltd is over on the first floor of Ligoury Court, which is at 104, Number 7 Plam Grove Road. This is right in the Victoria Layout area, which is a fairly well-known part of town. It’s an older building, which gives it a bit of character that you don’t get with the new steel and glass towers. We’ve been here long enough that the walls have a few scuffs and the floorboards might creak a little, but it’s where we get all our project work done. Being in Victoria Layout is nice because it’s central but doesn’t feel as chaotic as the main business districts. We handle a variety of projects from this space. It’s mostly about planning, looking at blueprints, and making sure the logistics are sorted out. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone trying to sell you something every five minutes. It’s just a group of us working through our task lists. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when there’s maintenance on the road outside, but usually, it’s a productive place to be. We appreciate the history of the neighborhood and the fact that we can walk to get a decent tea nearby. It’s a straightforward business environment. We focus on the projects at hand and don’t worry too much about having the fanciest office in the city. Ligoury Court has been a good home for us and we plan to stay.
