M R V Spices & Flours

Our business, M R V Spices & Flours, is located on Renukacharya Temple Street. We are right in the middle of Kashipathy Agrahara and Ramachandra Agrahara. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the whole address, but it’s a very specific part of the neighborhood. The temple is just down the way, so we hear the bells ringing throughout the day. It’s a peaceful sound to work to. We spend most of our time grinding and packing things right here on site. The noise of the machinery is constant, but it’s the sound of work being done. Our floors usually have a fine dusting on them because that’s just the nature of working with flours and spices. We try to keep it tidy, but it’s a losing battle sometimes. We’ve been here in the Agrahara area for quite some time now. People know us by the smell of the shop before they even see the sign. We don't have a big fancy storefront. It’s just a practical space where we can get the job done. We open up early when the air is still a bit cool. Most of our customers are the locals who live on Renukacharya Temple Street or the surrounding lanes. We just keep doing what we’ve always done, day after day. It’s a simple life and it suits us just fine here. We are just around the corner from the temple if you need us.
