At 246, 5Th Main, in the 1St Phase of Manjunathanagar, life is pretty busy. Rajajinagar is a crowded area and navigating the different stages and phases can be a bit tricky if you aren't from around here. Our office is a small place tucked into a row of other buildings. We have a small front desk where we keep our logbooks and a few chairs for people who stop by. The workspace in the back is where most of the actual work happens. It’s filled with crates and boxes that we have to move around to find what we need. We don't have a lot of space but we manage to stay organized in our own way. The morning usually starts with sweeping the front step and checking the mail that came in. There is a lot of chatter from the street outside which filters through the windows. We know the local tea seller by name and he knows exactly how we like our drinks. Sometimes the neighborhood kids play ball on the street right outside our door. It’s a very local, community-focused environment. We don't have any high-speed elevators or glass walls, just a solid door and a handful of people who show up every day to get things done.
