M K Caterers

It's just us over here at M K Caterers in Chamarajpet. We are located on 1st Cross, 5th Main at number 8. It's a busy neighborhood in Bangalore, you know how it is with the narrow streets and all the traffic. We spend most of our mornings getting the big pots ready. Catering is tough work because you have to be on time or everything goes wrong. We don't really have a big office or anything, just our workspace where we prep the food. Most of the people around here know us by now. We’ve been in Chamarajpet for a good bit of time. Sometimes the deliveries are a bit slow because the 560018 area gets really packed during peak hours. We try our best to get the food out while it's still hot. It’s a family-run kind of thing. My cousins help with the loading and unloading of the vans. We don't use any fancy machinery, just regular stoves and big spoons. Sometimes we forget to answer the phone if the kitchen is too loud. It's not a polished operation, just us cooking for events and local gatherings. The 5th Main road is where we do most of the packing. We keep the menus simple. If someone wants something specific, they just come by the shop and talk to us directly. It works better that way than emails or fancy apps. Most of our days start around 4 am to get everything chopped and ready.
