We are located at No 35 A, Anuraag, on 2nd Street in Vivekananda Nagar. It’s the 1st B Main Road in Bangalore. We handle foreign exchange, so people come in with all kinds of money from different countries. The office is in a residential-looking building called Anuraag. It’s a fairly quiet street compared to the main roads of Bangalore. We have a counter and some chairs for people to wait while we process their requests. Usually, it’s just one or two people coming in at a time to change cash or check the rates. We spend a lot of time looking at screens with numbers on them. The light in the office is a bit dim but it’s comfortable enough. We don't have any big slogans or anything on the walls. It’s just a place where you can get your forex sorted without much fuss. We know the regular travelers who come in every few months. Sometimes we have to explain the rules about different currencies but mostly it’s straightforward. We drink tea from the shop down the road. It’s a small team here and we’ve been at this address for quite a few years now. Vivekananda Nagar is a nice place to work because it’s not too crazy. We just keep doing our thing every day from Monday to Saturday and help people with their money.
