Lotus Diagnostic Centre

You can find us in Bangalore at HBR Layout. We are on the second floor of the building at 104 K, right on 6th Main. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs. Most of the mornings are very busy because people come for their blood tests before breakfast. It’s a lot of organizing tubes and writing down names. The lab is clean but it’s a small space. We have the 9th cross nearby which is always full of bikes. Sometimes the electricity flickers and we have to check the backup. We don't do much advertising, mostly it’s just people from the layout coming in. The staff here has been together for a couple of years. We know most of the doctors around this part of Bangalore. It’s a lot of responsibility handling health reports so we have to be careful. In the afternoon it gets a bit quieter and that’s when we do the paperwork and cleaning. We drink a lot of tea to stay awake during the slow hours. It's not a flashy place with big signs, just a simple diagnostic centre on the second floor. We try to get the results out as fast as we can. It’s just how we work every day in HBR. People usually just find us because they live nearby and need a test done. We try to keep things simple for everyone.
