Lohith Hr Services is run out of 21 Twin Cottage in Venkateshwara Layout, which is in the 8th Phase of JP Nagar in Bangalore. It’s a bit of a quieter spot compared to the main roads, which we like. We spend our time looking through resumes and talking to people who are looking for work. Since it’s a house-turned-office vibe, it feels pretty relaxed, though we stay busy. Bangalore is full of people looking for jobs, so the phone is always going. We don't have a big HR department; we are the HR department. Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming with the number of emails coming in, and we have to stay late to sort through them all. We have a couple of desks set up in the main room and some chairs for when people come in for a chat. JP Nagar 8th Phase has grown a lot lately, so there’s always construction noise nearby. We try to be helpful to whoever walks through the door or calls us up. It’s not some big polished agency with a logo on every wall. It’s just a small group of us trying to match people with the right roles. We’ve been at this address for a bit now and know the area well. It’s a decent place to work, even if the Bangalore traffic makes it hard for people to visit us sometimes. We just keep the door open and handle the files as they come.
