Our office is located on the 3rd floor of the Jeevan Mangal building on Magrath Road. It's a busy place, especially in Sector 38. We deal with a lot of paperwork every day. People come in to ask about their policies or to pay their premiums. Sometimes the elevators are a bit slow, but once you get up to the 3rd floor, someone is usually there to help. We’ve been at this Magrath Road location for a long time. The files are stacked up, and there’s always a phone ringing somewhere in the background. It’s not the quietest office, but we get through the applications and claims as fast as we can. Dealing with life insurance means we talk to a lot of families. Some days are more hectic than others, particularly at the end of the month when everyone is rushing to get things sorted. We have our desks set up in a way that makes sense for the workflow. Magrath Road is easy to find if you know where the Jeevan Mangal building is. We try to keep things organized, even when there's a lot of mail coming in. It's just a standard office environment where we handle the day-to-day insurance business. Most of us have been working here for years and know the routine by heart. We take care of the documents and make sure the records are updated correctly for everyone who comes through our doors. It is just regular work for us.
