We’re based out of Jaya Nagar West at number 518. It’s a well-known neighborhood, and being here makes it easy for people to drop in when they’re nearby. As a Life Insurance Career Agent, the work is mostly about talking to people and going through a lot of forms. It’s not the most exciting stuff in the world, but it’s important, so we take it seriously. The office isn't anything special to look at. Just some chairs, a few desks, and filing cabinets full of papers. We’ve been in Jaya Nagar for a long time, and we’ve seen the area change quite a bit with new shops and more traffic. We don’t do a lot of fancy advertising or try to sound like a big company. It’s just us here, answering the phone and helping whoever walks in. Sometimes it gets a bit hectic when several people show up at once, but we manage. We spend a lot of time explaining things in plain English because the official documents can be pretty confusing. It’s just about being honest with people and making sure they understand what they’re looking at. We don’t have any grand slogans. We just show up every day, open the doors, and do the work that needs to be done for the folks in the community. It’s steady work and we like the people we meet. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us.
