You can find us on the second floor at 51/4 Kanakapura Road, right near Teleco Road. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it is quiet once you get inside the office. We handle a lot of things related to care and support here. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks, chairs, and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. We spend a lot of time talking to families and individuals who need a bit of help with their daily stuff. It can be a lot of listening, which we do not mind at all. The traffic on Kanakapura Road is always something else, so we usually hear the horns honking all day long while we work. We aren't a giant company with a big marketing budget, just a small team trying to stay on top of our work. Every day brings a different set of challenges. Sometimes we are coordinating things over the phone, other times we are meeting people face-to-face. We try to keep a calm environment because the world outside is chaotic enough. We do not have a receptionist in a fancy uniform; whoever is free just answers the door. It is a very hands-on kind of place. We just focus on the solutions people need and try to get home before the evening traffic gets too bad. We have been here for a while and the location works for us.
