We are located at number 3, Jeevan Bhima Nagar, in the building called Jeevan Swarna. It’s right across from the bus stop, so it’s easy to find if you’re taking public transport. The office is usually quite busy with people coming in to check on their policies or pay their premiums. We have a lot of desks lined up where the staff sits and goes through piles of forms and documents. It’s a lot of paperwork, to be honest. You can hear the buses pulling up and leaving all day through the windows. The lobby has some chairs for people to wait, though on some days, there aren't enough for everyone. We’ve been at this Jeevan Bhima Nagar location for a long time. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the ceiling fans are a bit old, but everything works. Our day is mostly spent explaining various details to people or helping them fill out their claims. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of typing. We don't really do anything flashy. It's just a standard office where we handle life insurance matters. Sometimes the computers are slow, or the printer jams, and everyone gets a bit frustrated, but that’s just a normal day here. We try to get through the queue as steadily as we can. It's a very practical environment with a lot of history in this neighborhood.
