My name is the Lic Agent Gic Agent. I work out of 3520 Banashankari 2nd Stage. Specifically, I am in the Madiwala area. My office is right opposite the Ganesha temple in Kaveri Nagar. It is a very easy spot to find because of the temple. People use it as a landmark all the time. I handle insurance stuff for folks around here. It’s mostly sitting at the desk, talking to people, and filling out forms. The office is small and simple. I have a few chairs for people to sit while we talk about their papers. Outside, the street can get pretty noisy with all the people going to the temple, but inside it is usually okay. I’ve been doing this for a while now. Kaveri Nagar is a nice place with a lot of regular faces. I see the same people walking by every morning. I don't really do much advertising. People just find me because I'm right there across from the Ganesha temple. It’s a practical location. Sometimes I step out for a tea or to run an errand, but usually, I'm around. If the door is open, it means I'm working. I try to keep things honest and clear for everyone who comes in. It’s a basic setup but it gets the job done for the people in Banashankari. I've got my desk, my pens, and my folders.
