Les Concierges

Our place is over at 28 1St Cross in Sarakki Garden. It’s tucked away in JP Nagar 6th Phase. If you know Bangalore 78, you know it can get a bit crowded around here. We’ve been operating from this spot for some time. It's not a corporate skyscraper or anything like that. It’s just an office where we manage various requests. We spend a lot of time on the phone or computer. People reach out when they need a hand with errands or tasks they can't get to. The building isn't hard to find if you're looking for the 1st Cross. We have a few desks and some chairs that have seen better days. It’s a practical setup. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because that's not why we are here. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad unless the rain starts. Then the roads get messy. We take things as they come. Every day brings something a bit different. One hour we might be sorting out a delivery, the next we are helping someone find a service they need. It’s basic work, but it’s what we do. We don't talk much about "vision" or "goals." We just try to finish the tasks on the list before we head home. It's a steady rhythm that suits us just fine. We have some tea, chat a bit, and get the job done.
