Our place is located at 112 E in the Bommasandra Industrial Area, right on Vadsar Road. Leo Krishtek P Ltd is basically a functional space for our daily operations. Being in an industrial zone means there is always a lot of movement around us. Heavy vehicles are always passing through Vadsar Road. There’s a bit of dust and noise. Inside, it’s mostly about the work we do on the floor. We have some office space for the paperwork and the technical stuff. The main action is in the workshop area. We don’t really bother with decorating the place. It’s all about the tools and the equipment we use every day. We’ve been at this Bommasandra location for some time now. The light inside is mostly from the big overhead lamps. The windows are high up. We usually have a few different things going on at once. The workspace gets a bit cluttered with materials and parts. Lunchtime is when everyone sits together and takes a break before getting back to the machines. It gets quite warm in the afternoons. We keep the fans going. We just try to get the jobs done and keep things moving along. It’s a regular industrial setup where we handle whatever projects are currently on the list. We don’t have a fancy lobby. The door stays open for most of the day.
