Leecheen Food Products

Our operation is based at Dodda Mavalli 3. It’s an old part of the city, and the building we are in shows its age. We have been here for many years, handling various types of food products. The space is a bit cramped, especially when we have a lot of stock coming in. We don't have a loading dock or anything like that. We have to carry the bags and boxes through the narrow front door. It’s a lot of physical labor that leaves you tired by the end of the shift. Most of the work is done by hand by a small group of us. We don't have any fancy technology or automated systems. We just use scales and simple sealing machines. The neighborhood is very crowded, and the streets are narrow. Sometimes it’s a struggle just to get a vehicle near the entrance. We aren't a big company with a HR department or a PR person. If you come by, you’ll likely find us in our aprons working in the back. The walls are painted a plain white that has faded over time. We just focus on getting the daily tasks done. It’s a practical, local business that has been part of the community for a while. We know our neighbors and they know us. It’s not fancy, but it’s our life and we take the work seriously even if the place is old.
