We are based over in Kalyan Nagar here in Bengaluru. Leads Clinical Research is tucked away in the neighborhood. It’s not a hospital where people come for emergencies, but we stay quite busy with our own work. The office is mostly filled with papers, computers, and people looking at data. Bengaluru is a fast city, but Kalyan Nagar feels a bit more settled. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The people working here are just regular folks who happen to know a lot about research. We don’t have a big lobby or fancy signs. Most of our day is spent following protocols and making sure every detail is recorded correctly. It can be repetitive work, but it’s what we do. We grab lunch at the local places nearby. Sometimes we talk about the projects, other times we just talk about the traffic. It’s a plain environment, focused on the tasks at hand. We don't really do much advertising because our work usually speaks for itself through the results. If you were to walk into our space in Kalyan Nagar, you’d just see a group of people working hard at their desks. It’s quiet mostly, except for the sound of typing. We like the area and the people around here. It’s a good place to have an office and stay focused on the research we handle every day. It is a steady, quiet kind of life we have here.
