Our office is sitting over at 32-A on the first floor of the Mathai Building. You can find us pretty easily if you are near Belmar Estate in the Nagasandra P.O area. We’ve been operating Leads Clinical Research & Bio Services Pvt. Ltd. from this spot for a good while now. It’s mostly a lot of lab work and dealing with clinical data. The space isn't huge or anything, just a practical setup with some desks and the equipment we need for the bio services. We spend our days mostly looking at samples and filling out a lot of paperwork. It’s quiet work, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit noisy because of the location, but we just get on with things. The team here is just a few regular people who know their way around a lab. We don't have a big fancy reception or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll just see us at our benches. It’s a private limited company, but it feels more like a small local team just doing their jobs. We handle trials and some technical bio stuff that takes up most of our time. It’s not the most exciting thing to talk about, but it’s what we do here in Nagasandra. We just try to keep things organized and get the results right without too much fuss. It’s a lot of detail work and we just focus on the next task on the list.
