Our place is over at No. 289 on 21st Cross in Ejipura, Viveknagar. If you live in this part of Bangalore, you might have seen our delivery trucks moving around the narrow streets. We deal with frozen foods, so our building is full of big cold storage rooms and heavy machinery. It is always a bit chilly when you walk inside the warehouse area, even on the hottest days. We have people coming in and out all day long with various deliveries and pickups. The street outside is quite narrow and it can get blocked pretty easily by the traffic. We have to be very careful with the timing of our shipments to make sure everything stays cold. It is a busy operation most of the time. We do not have a fancy storefront with displays because we mostly supply to local shops and distributors in the city. Inside, everything is about the freezers and making sure the temperature stays exactly where it should be. There is a small office space near the front where we handle all the bills and the paperwork for the orders. It is often quite loud because of the sound of the cooling fans running constantly in the background. We have to wear heavy jackets inside the storage areas even when it is boiling hot outside in Bangalore. It is a very straightforward business of moving food from one place to another. We have been here for years now.
