Layout Multi Cuisine Restaurant

We set up Layout Multi Cuisine Restaurant over at 75/12 near Minerva Circle, close to the Agara Post. It’s a big name for a place that’s actually pretty simple. We have a lot of different things on the menu, which makes the kitchen a bit chaotic. There are pots and pans everywhere during the lunch hour. We don't have a lot of staff, so everyone does a bit of everything. I might be taking orders one minute and then washing dishes the next. The tables are basic and the lighting is just normal bulbs. It's not a place for a fancy date, but it’s where people from the nearby offices come to eat. Sometimes we run out of certain dishes by 2 PM because we didn't prep enough. It happens more often than I'd like to admit. The location is good because people see us when they are stuck at the circle. The parking is a bit of a nightmare though. People always complain about where to put their bikes. We try to help them find a spot on the side. The walls have a few scuffs from moving the chairs around. It’s just a regular restaurant where we try to get the food out fast. It’s busy, it’s loud, and it’s usually quite hot inside. That’s just life at 75/12. We do our best to keep the customers happy without making a big fuss about things.
