Down at Survey No. 10/11/12 in Thirumenahalli Village, you will find Lafarge A & C India Pvt. Ltd. It is tucked away in the Hegde Nagar area. The site is pretty large because we have those three survey numbers joined together. There is always a lot going on with the machinery and the trucks coming through the gates. It is not the quietest place to work, but we are used to the noise. The village vibe is still there even with all the development around Hegde Nagar lately. We see the changes happening every day. Our team is mostly local folks who have been doing this for years. We don't go in for big meetings. We just meet up in the morning, figure out the schedule, and get to it. The dust gets everywhere, but that is the nature of the business. We keep our paperwork in order at the small office on-site. It is a practical setup. Nothing is for show.
