Labbaik Fast Food

Labbaik Fast Food is a small operation we run over in Frazer Town at 86/A. It’s not a big restaurant with waiters and menus. We mostly do quick snacks and things people can eat on the go. The kitchen is small and it gets very loud when the fryers are going. We have been at 86/A for a long time now and we know most of the people who live on this block. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint but we haven't found the time yet. We start prepping the ingredients early in the afternoon so we are ready for the evening rush. Frazer Town gets very busy at night and the street lights aren't always working. We have a few stools for people to sit on while they wait for their food. It is a simple setup without any bells or whistles. We don't have a mission statement or any big goals. We just want to get the orders out without making mistakes. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to use candles for a bit. It’s just how things go around here. We try to keep the prices fair because we know our customers aren't looking for luxury. Most of the work is just washing dishes and chopping vegetables. We stay open until the food runs out or it gets too late to be worth it. That is how we have done things for years now.
