L V Infrastructure

Our office is tucked away at 63-8 in Motinagar, right near the Adi Kabir Ashram. If you’re familiar with the R T Nagar area, you probably know the street. L V Infrastructure has been operating out of this space for some time now, and it’s a pretty basic setup. We don’t have a big corporate headquarters or anything flashy. It’s just a place where we plan out projects and keep our tools and files. The neighborhood is usually busy, especially near the ashram, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. We spend a lot of our day on the phone or looking at drawings and maps. It gets a bit dusty sometimes when the wind picks up, but that’s just how it is here. Most of the people working here live close by, so we know the local shops and the guys who run them. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just focus on the jobs we have and try to do them right. Sometimes things get delayed or a plan changes, and we just deal with it as it happens. We use simple desks and old chairs, and the coffee machine is probably the most used thing in the room. It’s a practical way to run a business. We like the quiet rhythm of this part of town and just keep our heads down and work.
