L. S. Switchgears

L. S. Switchgears is based at 5/1 in the Annapurna Industrial Area, which is in Doddakallasandra. This is an industrial part of town, so you will see plenty of workshops and small factories all around us. We have been operating from this unit for quite some time now. Our day usually starts pretty early when the machines in the area begin to hum. We work with switchgears and electrical components, so our space is full of metal parts, wires, and heavy tools. It’s definitely not a place for someone who likes things to be perfectly tidy all the time. There is a certain rhythm to working in an industrial area like Doddakallasandra. You get to know the other owners nearby and we sometimes help each other out. We don't have a big corporate office or anyone to answer the phones with a scripted greeting. Usually, if the phone rings, one of us just wipes our hands and picks it up. We focus on the technical side of things more than anything else. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up an order or check on a specific part. It’s just what we do to keep things moving. The building is solid and does the job, even if it’s seen better days. We are just here to do the work and stay busy day in and day out.
