We at L S K Projects Pvt. Ltd. operate out of 16, Sai Nivas. We are on the first floor, which you can find on 5th Main in Santrupthi Nagar. This is all part of Jp Nagar 7th Phase. It’s a nice residential and commercial mix around here. We’ve got a modest setup on the first floor. It’s nothing too grand, just a bunch of desks and some project papers scattered around. We spend most of our time here planning things out and making sure everything is moving along. Santrupthi Nagar is a decent place to work, though it’s definitely grown a lot since we first arrived. The streets are lined with trees in some parts, which is a nice change from the more industrial areas. We don't have any polished speeches or corporate brochures to hand out. We just work on our projects and try to get things right. It’s a lot of long hours and looking at plans, but that’s the nature of the work. If you’re coming by, you just look for the Sai Nivas building. We are just a local team trying to do a good job. We know the area well and have seen it change over the years. It’s a comfortable enough spot for us to get our work done without too many distractions. Most people find us through word of mouth rather than fancy signs anyway.
