L P Constructions

L P Constructions is tucked away in Ramamurthy Nagar, specifically in the Kodandarami Reddy Layout. Our office is at No. 14 and 15 on the Second Cross. It’s a residential area, so we are right in the middle of the kinds of houses we usually work on. Most of the time, the office is empty because we are out at various sites around the city. We do a lot of renovations and small builds. It’s a small operation, just a handful of us and the crews we hire. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers trying to get sand or tiles delivered on time. Sometimes things go wrong, like a pipe leaks or the wrong color paint shows up, and we have to scramble to fix it. That’s just how this business is. We’ve been in Ramamurthy Nagar for a good while, so the neighbors know us. We don't do a lot of fancy marketing or anything like that. People usually just see our trucks or a house we worked on and ask for our number. It’s more about doing a decent job so the next person calls us. Our desk is usually covered in blueprints and half-finished coffee cups. We aren't trying to build skyscrapers; we just like building good homes for people nearby. It keeps us busy enough throughout the year.
