We are set up at 85 in the Kiadb Industrial Area, specifically Phase-Ii in Dabaspet. It’s out in Nelamangala, so there is plenty of room for what we do here at L M Wind Power Blades India Pvt. Ltd. The blades are huge, so you can imagine the size of the floor we need. It’s a proper industrial site, full of machinery and people in work gear. It isn't a quiet office job. There is always the sound of something running or a truck moving in the yard. Dabaspet is a bit of a drive for some, but it works for a facility of this scale. We’ve been part of this industrial zone for a while. The work is very specific and requires a lot of attention. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to. Most of the day is spent on the floor, checking things over. It’s a big operation, but we still feel like a team just doing our jobs. The heat can get to you in the summer, but the work doesn't stop. Phase-Ii is pretty spread out, so we have our own little corner of the world here. We see the same faces every morning at the gate. It’s a routine that keeps the place moving.
