L J Iyengar Bakery

We've been here in Vidyaranyapura for a while now. It's on Plot 579 in the 3rd Block of HMT Layout. You probably know the spot if you live around here. We open early to get everything ready. It gets busy in the mornings with people picking up bread and snacks. The ovens are usually running all day. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded inside, but that's just how it is. We try to keep things simple. There’s always a smell of fresh baking in the air. People come in for their regular orders, and we know many of them by face. It's a local place. Nothing fancy about the shop, just counters and shelves. We focus on the work we do every day. Dealing with the flour and the dough takes up most of our time. Sometimes we run out of certain items by the evening if it's been a busy day. If you are walking through HMT Layout, you'll find us easily enough. We've been part of this neighborhood for a bit. The staff here mostly lives nearby too. It's just a regular bakery doing its thing. We don't have a big team, just enough of us to keep the trays moving and the customers served. It gets hot near the ovens in the back, but we're used to it. The smell of the rusk and buns is always around. We've seen kids grow up coming here for a treat after school. It’s just home.
