We mainly focus on providing parts and advice for construction machinery. Palace Road is a busy place, and the complex itself has a lot of different offices and shops. We’ve been here for a while, and we know the regulars who come in looking for specific bolts or engine parts. The office is a bit cluttered with manuals, spare parts, and tools. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room. If you come in, you'll probably find one of us with grease on our hands or looking through a thick catalog. We aren't into pushy sales tactics. We just tell you what part you need and how much it costs. It’s practical, everyday work. Sometimes the lift in the complex doesn't work, so we have to carry heavy parts up and down the stairs. It’s not the easiest job, but it keeps us fit. We enjoy being in the middle of all the action on Palace Road. It’s a good spot for us because people can find us easily. We just keep our heads down and focus on helping our customers with their equipment without any big fuss or corporate talk.
