We are based on the 1st floor of a building called Sri Rakshe, which is number 61 on 19th Main. It's in the Muneshwara Block of Bangalore, 560026. Being on the 12th Cross means we are tucked away a bit from the main noise of the city, but it’s still Bangalore, so there is always some buzz. We have been in this spot for some time now. Action Construction Equipment Limited is what the sign says on the wall, but to us, it’s just where we work every day. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep, so we get our exercise. Inside, it’s just a normal office with desks and chairs. We don't have any fancy art on the walls or expensive coffee machines. We just use a basic kettle for our tea. We spend our time looking at equipment specs and talking to people on the phone. It is a lot of practical work that needs attention. We don't go in for corporate talk or long-winded emails. We prefer to just say what needs to be said and get on with it. The team is a good bunch of folks who don't take themselves too seriously. Sometimes we all go out for a quick bite at the local stall downstairs. It is a simple routine, but it works for us. We aren't trying to change the world. We are just making sure things run smoothly.
