You can find us at 504 Rajgopal Nagar Main Road, just off Mahatma Gandhi Road. This particular branch of JCB India Ltd is where we handle a lot of the local coordination for the heavy machinery people see on every other street corner. It’s a practical office, not a headquarters. We deal with the yellow machines that dig holes and move earth. Most of the folks who work here have been around engines and hydraulics for a long time. We spend our days talking to contractors and making sure they have the parts or the help they need to keep their projects moving. It can get a bit loud around Rajgopal Nagar, but we don't mind the noise. The office is usually a bit of a mess with parts catalogues and schedules taped to the walls. We don't go for any of that corporate talk about excellence or whatever. We just know that if a machine is down, someone is losing money, so we try to help out as best we can. It’s straightforward work. We drink tea, talk about the latest models, and try to keep up with the demands of the local construction boom. We aren't trying to be anything other than a reliable point of contact for the people who actually use the equipment. We've been at this address for a while and have seen the neighborhood grow right alongside the buildings our machines help put up.
