Kutter Builders

Kutter Builders is located at 1 71 Kanneluru St in Jammalamadugu. We’re right here in the Kadapa district of Andhra Pradesh. The weather here gets incredibly hot, so most of our work starts very early in the morning before the sun really starts beating down. We are local builders and we’ve worked on a lot of the houses and small structures around this area. Our office is just a simple room with some chairs and a table where we look at plans. We don't have any fancy software or big presentations. Most of the time, we’re out on the actual sites anyway. You’ll usually find us covered in dust or talking to the laborers about the next load of bricks. It’s hard work and it’s not always pretty. Sometimes projects get delayed because the cement doesn't arrive on time or the rain starts unexpectedly. We just take it as it comes. We aren't a big city firm with shiny trucks. We use what we have and we make sure the walls are straight and the roofs don't leak. People in Jammalamadugu know our name because they’ve seen us working on their neighbors' properties. We don't do much advertising because the work usually speaks for itself. It’s a humble way to make a living, but there’s a lot of pride in seeing a building go up from nothing on a dusty lot at the end of the day.
