Our place is located at Kaval Byrasandra, specifically on 27th Main in the 1st Sector, number 34. It’s basically a set of rooms where students come after school. We’ve been helping kids with their lessons for a few years now. It’s not a big institution or anything like that. Just a few of us teaching different subjects. We have some desks and chairs and whiteboards. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which helps the students focus a bit more. We usually start in the late afternoon when school lets out. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when everyone arrives at once. We don't do much advertising; mostly it’s just parents telling other parents about us. We cover the usual school subjects. I spend a lot of time looking over notebooks and explaining things again. It’s a lot of talking and writing. We try to keep things simple. The address is easy to find once you get into the 1st Sector. We’re just part of the local community here. Sometimes we stay late if a big exam is coming up. It’s just the daily routine for us. We keep the books on the shelves and make sure everyone has a place to sit. That’s about it. There’s no secret to it, just showing up and going through the chapters together until the kids understand. It keeps us busy and the building is always full of noise.
