Our engineering shop is located at No. 54 on the 11th Cross in Jagdish Nagar. It’s just off the New Thippasandra Road. It’s a residential-turning-commercial kind of area, so we try to keep the noise at a reasonable level so the neighbors don't get too bothered by the machines. We’ve been squeezed into this spot on the 1st Main for a while now. The space is a bit tight, especially when we have larger components to work on, but we’ve learned how to make it work. Most of us here have spent years working with lathes and milling machines. We don't have a big HR department or any marketing team. It’s just the owner and a few skilled workers. We talk about the jobs over a cup of coffee from the place around the corner. Sometimes a measurement is a bit off and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing it, but that’s just part of the engineering life. We don't promise things we can't do. If a job is too big for our machines, we just say so. People in Jagdish Nagar and Thippasandra know us as the place to go for honest repairs or custom parts. We aren't trying to grow into a massive company; we just like being a reliable local shop. We keep our tools sharp and our workbench cluttered but functional. It’s just a normal way to earn a living doing something we actually know how to do well every single day.
