Working out of Shivalik Nagar in Haridwar is a bit different from being in the middle of a big city like Delhi. Ksa Technopak Advisors Private Ltd is situated right in the Bhel Ranipur area. It’s a decent spot, B 14 to be exact. The atmosphere around here is a bit more relaxed, though we still keep a pretty full schedule. As advisors, we spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at data on our screens. The office is basically just a place where we can sit down and focus on the technical side of things without too many distractions. There’s a lot of tea drinking involved in a typical day here. Most of us have been around for a while, so we know the routine pretty well. We don’t really go for all that corporate talk about being the leaders in the field or anything. We just do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, and we just have to wait it out like everyone else in the area. It’s a very local feel, even if the work itself can be quite detailed and complicated. People know where to find us if they need advice on their projects. We just keep our heads down and try to stay organized with all the reports and files we have to manage every week in Shivalik Nagar.
