Krisvin Personnel Soluttions is located at No 66, Radha Nilyam. We are on Church Street, just off Airport Road in Murgeshpalya. It’s a busy part of Bangalore. You can hear the planes sometimes. The office isn't very large. We handle staffing and recruitment for local businesses. It’s mostly just paperwork and phone calls all day long. We’ve been at this address for a couple of years. The building is okay, but parking is a nightmare. Most of us take the bus or ride a scooter. We aren't a corporate giant. We just have a small team here. People drop by with their resumes quite often. Sometimes we have something for them, sometimes we don't. We try to be honest about it. It’s a lot of work matching people to the right spots. The street outside is always noisy. We have a small tea stall nearby where we go for breaks. It’s just a normal workplace. Nothing fancy or high-tech. We just use our computers and talk to people. Some days are longer than others. If we have a big project, we might stay late. Usually, we wrap up by six. It's a good neighborhood to work in. We like being close to Airport Road. It makes it easy for people to find us, even with the traffic. We just take things one day at a time. It’s a decent living.
