We are over at No. 24 on Kaveri Street, which is part of the Basavanagar Main Road. You will see us right across from the Shell Petrol Bunk, making it a pretty simple place to find in the 560037 area. This building is where we keep all the traditional medicines and herbal oils. It has a distinct smell inside, like crushed herbs and old wood, which is quite different from a regular shop. We spend most of our time talking to people about what they need and getting the bottles off the shelves. The street outside is usually busy with traffic, so there is a lot of noise coming through the front. We are not a fancy modern hospital. It is a practical place with a small counter and some benches for people to sit while they wait. The staff here knows the inventory well and we just go about our business day by day. We see folks who have been using these traditional remedies for years. Sometimes new people stop in because they saw the sign while getting petrol. We just try to keep things organized and help the people who come into Basava Nagar. It is a steady routine of stocking items and checking prescriptions. We do not have a huge team, just enough of us to keep the place running and the customers served. It is a basic, local setup that fits right into the neighborhood.
