Down in Malleshwaram at 18 Maruthi Extn, you’ll find our little setup at Kotresh Co. It’s a neighborhood that still has a bit of an old feel to it, which we like. Our office is a simple place where we manage our daily business. We’ve been here for a while and the locals know us pretty well. We don't have any big marketing slogans or a fancy entrance. It’s just a door on a street where people are always walking by. Inside, we have our ledgers and some old furniture that’s still holding up fine. We do our work, talk to our customers, and try to keep things moving. Sometimes the rain in Bangalore makes everything a bit damp and slow, but we just keep the door open and wait for the sun to come back out. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our job well enough that people keep coming back to see us. There’s a certain routine to our days that feels comfortable for everyone involved. We open up at the same time, have our lunch at the same time, and say hello to the same neighbors every morning. It’s a good way to live and work in this part of town. We don't make big promises, we just show up and do what needs doing. It’s straightforward and it works for us and the people we serve here.
