Kotak Life Insurance has been operating out of this spot at 2013 Indira Nagar for some time. Indira Nagar is always buzzing, as anyone who lives nearby can tell you. Our space is pretty straightforward. You walk in, see a few desks, and some people working on files. We spend a lot of time talking to folks about their plans and what they need for their families. It’s not always easy work because life can be unpredictable, but we try to keep things clear. We aren't into using big words that nobody understands. We just sit down with whoever comes in and look at the paperwork together. The building is easy enough to find if you’re familiar with the main stretches around here. Most of us have been working in this office for years, so we know the local area well. We grab lunch at the small places nearby and see our neighbors often. It’s a job that keeps us connected to what’s happening with families in the community. Sometimes it gets a bit loud outside with the traffic, but we’re used to it by now. We just keep the files organized and make sure we’re here when someone has a question about their policy. It’s practical work. We don't have a lot of flashy decorations, just what we need to get through the day's tasks. There is always someone here to answer the phone during regular hours.
