Kolte Patil Developers

Our office for Kolte Patil Developers is located at No4 on 21A Cross in Vignan Nagar. We are pretty close to the Phoenix Garden Apartments, so that is usually how people find us if they are lost in Bangalore. Being a developer means we spend a lot of time looking at site plans and talking to contractors. This office is where the planning happens. It is often cluttered with blueprints and coffee cups. Bangalore is growing so fast, and we are right in the middle of it. We do not do much fancy talking here, we just look at the land and see what can be built. Sometimes there are delays or the rain messes up a schedule, and we have to figure it out from here. It is a lot of phone calls and checking on supplies. The staff here are mostly local people who know the streets and how the city works. We are not trying to be anything we are not; we just work on housing and buildings. The 21A Cross area is alright, it gets busy but it is a good spot for us. We have been working out of this space for a while now. It is a practical place for a practical job. We just keep our heads down and try to get the projects moving forward. If you are near Phoenix Garden, you have probably walked right past us without thinking much about it. We just stay busy.
