Knight Riders Dine & Wine Nandi Hotel

The hotel is right here in Domlur, tucked into number 96. It’s a place that feels different depending on what time you walk in. In the early evenings, it’s mostly quiet, just the sound of chairs being moved and the staff getting the tables ready. Later on, when the wine starts flowing and people come in for dinner, the noise picks up quite a bit. We spend a lot of time walking back and forth from the kitchen to the seating area. The air usually smells like whatever is frying or the cleaning supplies we use on the floors. It’s a bit of a grind, honestly, especially on weekends when the crowd gets thicker and everyone is talking at once. We’ve got some old wooden furniture and the lighting isn't too bright, which some people seem to like. It’s not the sort of place that looks like a magazine, but it’s functional. We handle the bottles, clear the plates, and try to keep the music at a level where people can still hear themselves. Working at Knight Riders means dealing with all sorts of people, some in a hurry and some who want to stay for hours. We just focus on getting the orders out and making sure the bill is right at the end of the night. It’s just how things go here in this part of town.
